What type of health-product factory is the Vitajoy Jiaxing facility?
The Group-owned dietary-supplement manufacturing and R&D facility began investment and construction in 2021 and officially commenced production in 2024. Located in Majabang Health Food Town in Jiaxing, it connects ingredient sourcing, formulation development, sampling, manufacturing and supply-chain services for nutrition brands.

Which dosage forms are manufactured?
Publicly presented production and R&D directions include softgels, hard capsules and tablets. Vitajoy reports annual capacity after full commissioning of 1.35 billion softgels, 350 million hard capsules and 200 million tablets. Available capacity and scheduling are confirmed per project.
How are health-product OEM/ODM projects evaluated?
Brand requirements are reviewed around the target market, product positioning, key ingredients, dosage form, specification, packaging and launch timing. The team then coordinates formulation and process fit, sample validation, quality documentation, production scheduling and delivery conditions.
